Eating fish could boost your kids’ IQ

According to a research, children who consume fish once a week, have better IQ scores, they scored 3.3 points higher than those children who don’t eat fish. Fishes are considered high on nutrition and works wonders for your kids proper mind and body development.

Fishes like salmon and tuna are very rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, which helps in making your kids sociable and friendly, alongside making their IQ stronger.

In a survey conducted with kids falling in the age group of 9-11, parents were found to say that consumption of fish has increased their kids sound sleep level. The quality of their sleep increased significantly, thereby helping in increasing their energy level considerably.

Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain that controls our sleep. Eating fish also helps in the production of melatonin hormone which increases sleep efficiency for the human body.Fish is said to be both healthy and tasty to eat, knowing the benefits, it's highly recommended and advised to be included in meals for everybody no matter which age group they belong to.
