Treatment methods are quite similar to the treatment of any other cancerous disorders. These include surgical removal of the tumor, chemo and radiation therapy which is followed by the remission period, clinical trials, and strict follow-ups.

Stomach cancer is preventable if you take due care. Some of the crucial stomach cancer prevention tips include
• Diet control and weight check. Nutritional food need not always be bland and tasteless. However, opting for salads or whole-grain wheat, and greens can help you keep your stomach healthy and disease-free. This also includes cutting down on unnecessary spices, fast food, sodas, caffeinated beverages, and more.
• Processed meats and canned food items are strictly prohibited as well.
• Limit alcohol and tobacco usage. These play a crucial role in building up your stomach disorders which eventually will take a serious turn.
• Limit usage of aspirins or other NSAIDs. Even though they are at times, prescribed for colon cancer or polyps, the internal bleeding risks are way higher in NSAIDs.
